I was first introduced to Mr. Pena and QLA via London Real. After watching I knew this was the mentor that could take me to the next level. All I can say about the castle seminar is that it is mind blowing! It certainly is not for everyone but if you want to create generational wealth Mr. Pena and the QLA methodology is the only way to create it. It certainly is fucking hard but as soon as you get over the part of giving a shit what others think and start thinking of yourself it becomes fun. I started a business from scratch and over 15 years had created revenues over 3 million dollars a year. I then attended the Castle seminar and after following QLA we now have revenues over 6 million a year and are on target to reach over 10 million this year.
Our first deal was financed 70% by commercial loans and 30% owner financed. Our CFO still talks to this day about how I got financed through a commercial bank without an SBA approval. I had to kiss a lot of frogs but I was bound and determined to find a bank that would finance me without SBA approval. All the pundits said it cannot be done and I said watch and see fuckers…. And then I did.

Happy anniversary to you Mr. Pena and the great System of QLA. Have attended 6 times the QLA Seminar in Guthrie Castle, and you Mr. Pena put a lot of time in my transformation.
After my first deal I kept 70 % stake of the company. Meanwhile bought my partner out and I own 100%. I really would love to tell others I broke some records or would have been one of the fastest in the QLA System, but I am not. But I will not quit till I reached my goals + it makes too much fun. In addition, I own 2 Penthauses, one in Vienna wearth 1,7 Mio Euroand one in Velden Carinthia, on a lake (wearth 650 K)

I met Dan Peña in February 1993 and have been friends and business partners over the entire 25 years of QLA. It has been quite a ride!

Hi Dan
I just wanted to say Thank You for your honesty and wisdom over the course ... Clearly I was miles away from where I thought I was from a personal development / success/ emotional bank account point of view at the start of this year. I know I have made some progress but not as much as I had hoped ... but I also clearly understand why and that is a wake up call in itself. I have made some different decision this year based on what I have learned from you versus what I would have done and for that alone I have profited far more than the price of the course and of course the year mentor program (where the value really is). It took me most of the year to make the most important break through which was to realise that my current business does have QLA potential and application and I will pursue ... thanks for pushing me to understand that.

Dan is like that medicine you must take to feel better. You don't really want to, because you know it will taste like hell, but deep down you know that sooner or later you'll have no other choice. Every morning, I wake up taking that medicine and after all these years it's more like bitter sweet than anything else. QLA fundamentals have impregnated in my DNA and I've got Dan to thank for that, because the accomplishments that come with this are far greater than most people would imagine.
We recently closed a seed round of funding, for 3% equity of the company on a $5 million valuation.
