Never could have dreamt I would gain so much knowledge and power out of attending the castle seminar and the 1 year long mentor program. Dan changed my life tremendously for the better. Our first deal was financed 70% by commercial loans and 30% owner financed. Our CFO still talks to this day about how I got financed through a commercial bank without an SBA approval. I had to kiss a lot of frogs but I was bound and determined to find a bank that would finance me without SBA approval. All the pundits said it cannot be done and I said watch and see fuckers…. And then I did.

After my first deal I kept 70 % stake of the company. Meanwhile bought my partner out and I own 100%. I really would love to tell others I broke some records or would have been one of the fastest in the QLA System, but I am not. But I will not quit till I reached my goals + it makes too much fun. Closed my first deal after 10 months attending the first QLA Seminar. It was a 3 Million Euro deal in real estate. Meanwhile I am doing at least 10 deals a year. In addition, I own 2 Penthauses, one in Vienna wearth 1,7 Mio Euroand one in Velden Carinthia, on a lake (wearth 650 K)
I have had already some terrible downs, but I went through it found solutions, and moved forward. I am entrepreneur since 15 years.
